By accessing or using OVP Learn at learn.kubishi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

OVP Learn is a language learning application designed to help users learn Owens Valley Paiute through spaced repetition techniques. The service is provided free of charge for educational purposes.

User Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • You may only create one account per person; creating multiple accounts is prohibited

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated tools or scripts to access the service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

The learning content, including vocabulary, phrases, and explanations, is provided for educational purposes. The Owens Valley Paiute language content is shared with the goal of language preservation and education. The service software and design remain the property of OVP Learn.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The content is completely accurate or comprehensive
  • The service will meet your specific learning needs or expectations

Limitation of Liability

OVP Learn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service (which is zero, as the service is free).

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
